Peter Balla is highly recommended constructor for his excellent work and affordable prices. Anytime he has done something in our house, it was very professional and fast. I like the fact that he is straightforward with the estimate; there are no hidden fees, no sudden higher rates. An awesome customer service, always on time, and what I personally love the most - unlike other constructors - he does clean after his work, absolutely NO mess left behind. Peter renovated my kitchen last year, and I can't speak highly enough of him.  He is a contractor who actually shows up when he says he will.  He gives an honest assessment of what can and can't be done.  He went out of his way to help me get what I needed.  He was very flexible working around my crazy schedule, too.  It was about as painless as a renovation can be.
